littlethingsbyjoe provides digital cross stitch pattern designs for purchase and immediate download. All products are delivered electronically as PDF files.

Important: We do not ship physical products. All patterns are digital downloads only.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

3.1 Product Format

All cross stitch patterns are provided as:

• PDF files suitable for printing
• High-resolution charts with clear symbols
• Color keys with DMC thread numbers
• Pattern specifications (stitch count, finished size)

3.2 Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive an email confirmation with download links
• Download links are active immediately after purchase
• You can access your orders anytime via the "My Account" page using your email
• Files remain available for re-download indefinitely

3.3 Technical Requirements

To use our patterns, you will need:

• PDF reader software (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview, etc.)
• Printer (optional, for physical copies)
• Internet connection for initial download

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Discounts

We offer various discounts, the amount, timing and duration are at our discretion:

• Volume Discounts: Automatic discounts when purchasing multiple patterns
• Subscription Discount: One-time discount for newsletter subscribers
• Promotional Codes: Occasional special offers sent to subscribers

Discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount programs at any time.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5. Refund Policy

Once you have access to download a digital pattern, we cannot "take it back." Therefore:

• All sales are final
• No refunds or exchanges are offered
• Please review pattern details carefully before purchasing
• Preview images show pattern design and quality

5.1 Exceptions

We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted and cannot be opened
• Incorrect File: If you receive the wrong pattern
• Duplicate Charge: If you are charged multiple times for the same order

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

6.1 Copyright Ownership

All cross stitch patterns, designs, images, and content on littlethingsbyjoe.com are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our designs.

6.2 License Grant - What You CAN Do

When you purchase a pattern, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Personal Use: Create stitched items for yourself, family, and friends
• Commercial Use: Create and sell finished stitched items made from our patterns
• Print Copies: Print the pattern for your personal use as many times as needed

6.3 Restrictions - What You CANNOT Do

You may NOT:

• Resell or Distribute: Share, sell, trade, or give away the digital pattern file
• Share with Non-Customers: Provide the pattern to anyone who has not purchased it
• Modify for Redistribution: Alter the pattern and sell it as your own design
• Claim Ownership: Present our designs as your own work
• Mass Production: Use patterns for factory mass production without written permission
• Digital Redistribution: Post or share the pattern file online, on social media, or file-sharing sites

6.4 Selling Finished Items

You ARE allowed to sell finished stitched items created from our patterns at craft fairs, online marketplaces (Etsy, eBay, etc.), or your own store. We only ask that you:

• Credit "Pattern by littlethingsbyjoe" in your product listing (optional but appreciated)
• Do not include the digital pattern file with your finished item sales

7. User Accounts & Order Access

Our Website uses email-based order lookup instead of traditional accounts:

• You access your orders by entering your email address on the "My Account" page
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for purchases
• We cannot transfer orders to a different email address after purchase
• Keep your order confirmation emails for easy access to your purchases

8. Newsletter & Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive:

• New pattern announcements
• Special offers and discount codes
• Cross stitch tips and inspiration
• Exclusive subscriber-only promotions

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by visiting our unsubscribe page. You will continue to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, download links) even after unsubscribing.

9. Liability & Warranties

We strive to provide accurate, high-quality patterns. However, we do not guarantee that patterns are error-free. If you discover an error, please contact us and we will provide a corrected version.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, littlethingsbyjoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or products.

9.3 No Warranty on Materials

We provide patterns only. We are not responsible for the quality of materials (fabric, thread, needles) you purchase separately to complete your projects.
